Woodland Care Center has been providing health care services for over 35 years. Woodland Care Center provides a full venue of health care services from skilled rehabilitative services to Assisted Living retirement. Located in Woodland, Washington between Vancouver and Longview.

We are a 100% Medicare Certified 62 bed Skilled Nursing Facility which includes 14 private suites. We offer Sub-acute, post hospital medical care with 24 hour RN, LPN and Certified Nursing Assistant care. Woodland Care Center provides specialty care and support for Dementia related diseases as well as Hospice and Respite care.
